By purchasing items bearing emblems of the Third Reich or of organizations that were influential at the time, the buyer agrees to acquire these items solely for historical and academic purposes and not to use them for propaganda purposes in any way. Such use would be punishable under Sections 86 and 86a of the German Criminal Code (StGB), and all buyers of such items affirm that they have no criminal intent as defined by Section 86a of the StGB. By placing a bid, the visitor accepts these conditions.

 This item is subject to differential taxation according to §25a of the German VAT Act. Therefore, the VAT included in the purchase price is not shown separately on the invoice.
